Dental Care Navigator

Our Foundation’s Dental Care Navigator program is a valuable resource for individuals who need guidance with understanding and accessing dental care for their circumstances. Dental Care Navigators help individuals identify suitable resources for their dental needs, including dental providers, free and low-cost clinics, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and other resources across the state.
